My wife and I have four amazing children, each on their own path—our oldest, Tommy, is in his orthodontic residency, our daughter in medicine, our middle son in marketing, and our youngest heading to college. Watching them grow has been my greatest joy.

Braces, Reinvented with Damon Technology
For patients who choose braces, we proudly use the Damon System—a state-of-the-art alternative to traditional metal/clear brackets. Damon Braces use self-ligating technology, which means no elastic ties, fewer adjustments, and a smoother, more comfortable experience. The system allows teeth to move more freely and naturally, often shortening treatment time and reducing the need for extractions.
Damon Brackets are smaller, more discreet, and easier to clean than conventional braces—making them a favorite for both teens and adults who want powerful results without the bulk. Combined with Dr. Kadar’s personalized care, they deliver beautiful, balanced smiles with efficiency and comfort.
Damon Braces vs. Traditional Braces Companies
The Damon System utilizes a patented slide mechanism to connect archwires to the bracket while allowing the wire to move freely. The Damon System reduces friction and improves oral hygiene by eliminating elastic ties.
Traditional braces use elastic ties to hold archwires in place. Unfortunately, elastic ties create friction which can slow treatment down. Elastic ties have also been shown to collect harmful bacteria.

Retainer Assurance Program
Wearing your RETAINERS every night is the best way to keep your smile perfectly aligned, or as we like to say, "Wear them at nighttime for a lifetime."
Your initial set of retainers are included in your Treatment Plan. If your retainers are lost,
damaged or broken, the current cost of replacing a set is $300-500.
Our ASSURANCE program is the most economical way to protect your smile long term!
RAP can be purchased at the start, during or after your treatment.
With RAP, the PROGRAM will replace a retainer for whatever reason and the cost is only $25 as long as your new retainer can be made from your last 3D model (which we provide as part of your treatment).
